Launch warranty

A launch warranty covers fixes for defects or bugs directly related to the delivered scope. It does not include new features, redesigns, additional pages, or changes in requirements.

What’s included

  • Bug fixes for the delivered scope during the stated warranty period
  • Clarifications on how to use the delivered site

What’s not included

  • New features, new pages, or design changes
  • Content writing, marketing, or SEO campaigns (unless explicitly included)
  • Emergency or same-day support unless agreed separately

Ongoing maintenance (optional)

Ongoing maintenance can be provided under an optional monthly care plan. Typical maintenance may include dependency updates, backups, monitoring, and small content changes depending on the plan.

Basic plan support

Basic projects include a time-limited launch warranty for bug fixes related to the delivered scope. Ongoing support and maintenance are not included unless agreed separately.

Standard plan support

Standard projects include a time-limited launch warranty for bug fixes related to the delivered scope. Additional support, changes, or ongoing maintenance can be quoted as needed.

Premium plan support

Premium projects include a launch warranty and can optionally be covered by a monthly care plan for ongoing maintenance and support.
